Responsibilities

Assist in implementing community events including in-person and virtual staff volunteer projects, donation drives, and high school internship program
Review and respond to community requests for support, documenting necessary compliance correspondence, and processing payments or product donations
Provide on-going support to community partners and follow-up with recipients of donations to ensure impact reporting is complete

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related field
Passionate about community work, charitable contributions and volunteerism
Highly results driven, organized, and detail oriented
Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate with internal and external partners
Ability to execute in the short term, fast-paced environment while designing for the future

Preferred

Event management experience
Volunteer project coordination experience
