The role involves maintaining product data, rectifying miscalculations, and reporting findings to management while implementing efficient inventory management procedures.

Responsibilities
Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
Maintain and update inventory records
Ensure billing is processed for assigned branches
Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Process credits, match & save
Create IP
Process tax credits
Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
Print and mail invoices to customers
Receiving material
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Some experience in inventory control
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
