Responsibilities
Define and own Quantum’s product vision and strategy across all product lines
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify emerging technologies and market trends to inform product direction
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and product teams
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities
Gather and prioritize customer requirements to influence product decisions
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Define and track KPIs for product success, including revenue growth, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction
Present product performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in technology or data solutions
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Deep understanding of storage, data management, and emerging technologies
