Qualification
Required
9-10 years' experience or more in commercial litigation
Excellent academic background
Proven writing, analysis, and research skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery
Drafting motions and motion practice
Court appearances
Taking and defending depositions
Mediation practice
Significant client oversight and responsibility
Commitment to superior client service
Licensed in Idaho
Candidates should live in the Boise area
Preferred
Trial experience
A license to practice in Washington
