Western Reserve Hospital is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to participate in the efficient installation and support of their information technology applications. The role involves working closely with end users to implement and support technology solutions that enhance business operations.

Participating in the efficient installation and support of Western Reserve’s information technology applications

Software upgrades

Day to day operational support (24/7)

Testing

Installation of clinical and business Information technology systems

Work closely with end users in all designated departments to understand current business operations

Workflow change

Implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business operations

Collaborative, effective interaction with vendors, Department Directors, Physicians and Executives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or closely related field required

Three (3) years of experience in application implementation and support to include experience with multiple application implementations in a hospital setting

Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

Skill in application and management of work process re-engineering techniques

Project management skills in effectively identifying, clarifying, resolving and initiating solutions to maintain project timelines and deadlines

Assumes accountability with users for assigned projects and demonstrates the ability to work with others on projects

Ability to respond quickly under pressure when problems arise with any system or application

Strong analytical ability
