Makes daily collection calls, send letters and establish repayment schedules to bring past due accounts to a current status
Maintains accurate collection records and documents details of calls
Processes return mail daily
Special projects
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position

Required

High School Diploma/GED required
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word) is essential
Good organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing tasks and demands
Ability to meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Pursuing bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, General Business or Business Administration desired
Pursuing a career in banking
