Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance actuarial reports using advanced Excel functions and Power BI dashboards
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and data governance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Translate business needs into technical solutions that support strategic initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the evolution of reporting standards and best practices
Provide moderate to complex analytical support to senior management
Develop and modify reports covering financials and strategy
Maintain deep knowledge of company data structures and definitions
Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects
Participate in industry surveys and perform ad hoc reporting

Qualification

Required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA scripting
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
1+ years of experience in actuarial reporting or data analytics within the insurance or financial services industry

Preferred

Experience with SQL, Power Query, or other data transformation tools
Familiarity with actuarial models and insurance product structures
Exposure to enterprise reporting environments and version control practices
Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint scripting preferred
Basic SQL, Power BI, Power Query, VBA knowledge
2–5 years of insurance analytics experience
