Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with corporate objectives and analytics goals
Develop and maintain the data platform roadmap, driving modernization and scalability
Build and mature enterprise data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata management, and standardized definitions
Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards for reliability, availability, and security
Oversee enterprise data architecture and integrations, ensuring cost-effective, high-performance Snowflake usage
Drive best practices for data modeling, schema design, automation, and ETL/ELT processes
Support and govern the Power BI reporting ecosystem, enabling consistent and scalable development practices
Direct integration delivery using API-driven patterns, message queues, and event-based architecture
Ensure secure, reliable data movement across enterprise systems that supports business workflows
Provide leadership and mentorship to managers overseeing data architecture and enterprise integrations
Oversee resource planning, vendor management, budgeting, and project prioritization
Foster collaboration across IT, analytics, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Provide technical guidance for advanced analytics, AI/ML, and predictive capabilities
Partner with IT Security to implement data access controls and compliance standards
Ensure platforms meet audit, quality, and security requirements
Qualification
Required

Partner closely with Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Actuarial teams
