This full-time position provides administrative support to paralegals, non-legal professionals, and attorneys on the Commercial Real Estate team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include time entry, billing, preparing closing binders, document production, opening new files, proofreading, formatting and preparing multi-state and federal legal filings, filing legal documents (including e-filing), making travel arrangements, assisting with scheduling/calendar, assisting with discovery including document production, etc

Required

High school diploma or the equivalent required

1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar experience

Excellent MS Office skills

Typing skills

Proofreading skills

Organizational skills

Ability to prioritize work

Ability to handle deadlines

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Professional demeanor to work well with all levels of MVA's CRE team members and clients

Ability and willingness to work well under pressure

Ability to work more than the standard work schedule when necessary

Preferred

4 year degree preferred
