Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business systems and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to document business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional system requirements
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users
Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, modules, and upgrades
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system meets business expectations
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or integrations with other business systems
Assist with data migration, reporting, and dashboard development using tools like SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
Manage project planning, change management, and stakeholder communication
Utilize cross-functional teams to help make project and system decisions
May lead a small to medium group of team members
Support the Business Systems Team with all other required technical needs

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a ERP Developer or similar role
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as operations, finance, or manufacturing
Experience with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in cross-functional teams
Position is fully on-site with a partial day on Friday

Preferred

3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis or ERP implementation/support role
Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms, especially Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
Strong working knowledge of C# and .NET programming
Working knowledge of SQL databases for data manipulation and extraction
Experience with manufacturing or aerospace industry processes
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ERP-specific credentials
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI, Tableau, etc
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations
