Draft, develop and analyze proposed health care legislation

Analyze and prepare recommendations regarding budgets

Write summaries of health care issues

Analyze financial data from healthcare institutions and report to leadership

Monitor legislative and healthcare issues

Attend government or policy-related meetings and events as needed

Required

Computer skills with database and spreadsheet programs and on-line research are necessary as is experience with Word, Access, and Excel

Excellent writing skills and interpersonal skills are essential

Must demonstrate ability to work independently and be willing to work flexible hours

Travel as needed
