Quality Assurance Technician - Night Shift

PLZ Corp is committed to product stewardship and innovation, focusing on the development of their people. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the night shift to perform quality control checks, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with work order instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform all required SPC line checks in production to fill in for Quality Control personnel

Perform SAP transactions as required. These transactions include ZC015, ZC013, migo movements, and MMBE

Complete calibration of gauges as needed or required

Complete line audits in efficient order and report findings

Ensure Work Order instructions are being followed, including use of correct components and correct coding for all products

Follow and inspect the HOLD/Rework process for any non-conforming product, including appropriate SAP transactions

Troubleshoot quality-related issues during the production process

Strong team player who demonstrates ability to promote a positive team environment
