Responsibilities

Ensuring timely, loading/unloading of freight on the Loading Dock

Safe operations of all dock equipment and reporting all maintenance and safety concerns to the dock master

Helping consolidated mailroom staff upon their request

Input all X-rayed delivered products into SendSuite System and stored in the cage area

Use a handheld device to check out and distribute to internal and external clients

Accurately document inbound/outbound activities

Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Oversee the safety of the dock area

Coordinate with security officers to direct drivers where to put products that are being unloaded

Back up fitness center duty in case of coverage issues
