Responsibilities

Collaborate with business unit leadership to define and manage program scope, including creating a detailed Work Breakdown Structure

Develop and maintain a comprehensive program schedule using Gantt charts; analyze critical paths, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones

Create and manage program budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders; monitor and optimize costs to stay within budget

Partner with project teams to develop and maintain Quality Plans using industry-standard tools and techniques

Establish and execute a risk management plan, including identifying, analyzing, and mitigating program risks

Develop a Procurement Management Plan and contribute strategically to vendor selection and procurement decisions

Estimate, acquire, and allocate cross-functional resources; define roles and deliverables, provide feedback, coach team members, and support recruitment and onboarding

Create and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure alignment across program teams, key stakeholders, and business leaders
