Responsibilities

Lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts in a closed-door pharmacy

Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals and streamline workflows

Ensure compliance with WB policies

Nail down schedules and stay on top of timecards

Crunch payroll every other week

Build a team focused on honesty, diversity, fairness, and inclusivity through hands-on coaching and relatable leadership

Ensure smooth operations from data entry to getting orders out the door, following trusted procedures

Required

Experience in a supervisory role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Strong leadership skills to build and manage a team

Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and payroll

Commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations

Ability to coach and lead a diverse team
