Responsibilities
Cash handling working experience
Promote cross-sell bank products and services
Provide exceptional service to all customers both internal and external
Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, payments, wire transfers, etc
Responsible for balancing cash as required by policy or process
Reliable and dependable
Honest and trustworthy
Collaborate and brainstorm to improve bank processes and procedures
Maintain knowledge of the bank policies and financial center procedures and take responsibility to keep up to date on any changes
Handle consumer and business customer requests with professionalism, directing more complex issues seamlessly to the lead customer service representative or other leadership as necessary
Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures
Serve as a bank representative in professional, business and community organizations to promote bank services
