CF CONSULTORIA is seeking a 3D Visualizer+Draftsman to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for project presentations and technical communication. The role emphasizes strong modeling skills and spatial understanding, requiring collaboration with designers and engineers to accurately convey design intent.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Create 3D models based on CAD drawings, BIM models, or design schemes
Create high-quality 3D renderings, illustrations, and scene animations
Set materials, lighting, and textures for buildings, interiors, equipment, or scenes
Adjust model scale, details, and visual style according to project requirements
Communicate with designers, engineers, or project managers to accurately understand design intent
Modify, optimize, and update versions based on feedback
Manage and maintain project models, asset libraries, and rendering files
Ensure output meets technical requirements and delivery standards
Assist in creating presentation documents, promotional materials, or technical demonstration content
Learn and apply new 3D technologies and visualization tools

Qualification

Required

Architectural design, industrial design, environmental art, animation, digital media, or related majors
Associate degree or above (educational requirements may be relaxed for outstanding works)
Proficient in at least one 3D modeling and rendering software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
Familiar with rendering engines (such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
Able to read and understand CAD/BIM drawings
Master basic lighting, materials, composition, and color principles
Possess post-processing skills (such as Photoshop)
1–3 years of 3D visualization or related drafting experience
Excellent recent graduates are welcome (portfolio required)

Preferred

Familiar with Revit/BIM model collaboration
Understanding real-time rendering or digital twin technologies such as Unreal Engine/Unity
Experience in data centers, industrial plants, or large-scale engineering projects
Skills in simple animation or walkthrough creation
Experience in commercial or engineering projects is preferred
