Head of Go-To-Market & Product Marketing

Responsibilities

Define positioning and messaging for internal tools supporting agent acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Agent Experience, and L&D to align marketing with agent-facing innovations (e.g. agent assist capabilities & AI technologies)
Build launch frameworks for new services and capabilities, including messaging, collateral, and sales enablement
Coordinate with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations to ensure alignment and readiness across teams
Develop tailored GTM strategies for priority verticals (Healthcare, Life Sciences, DTC), including buyer personas, ICPs, and sub-industry campaigns
Collaborate with Marketing on SEO and paid media teams to optimize content and visibility for vertical-specific demand generation
Create and maintain sales content (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) that reflect vertical nuances and product differentiation
Support co-marketing efforts with strategic partners and vendors to amplify joint value propositions
Partner with Marketing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, events, social) that drive awareness and conversion
Coordinate with Marketing to leverage tools like 6sense, Emma, and generative engine optimization for targeting high-intent buyers and re-engaging prospects
Align with Analytics and BI teams to monitor campaign KPIs, share insights, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer
Available for virtual meetings in a non-distracted environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Independently manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality delivery
Lead the strategic development and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) and product marketing initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience
7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments
Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and managing cross-functional GTM motions
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and sales alignment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
High personal accountability for delivering quality work
Innovative with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer
Available for virtual meetings in a non-distracted environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
