Member Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

Greets each member as they enter the credit union in a friendly and professional manner
Directs members to the appropriate person or department if unable to provide information requested
Ensures that members are aware of credit union products and services
Performs teller transactions and opens additional shares for members as needed
Monitors the branches clerical items such as faxes, mail, notary services, and more
Maintains the confidentiality of member, employee, and credit union information

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years' member/customer service experience
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Is punctual and maintains a neat, professional appearance
Ability to work in direct, professional contact with people both in person and over the phone

Previous cash handling service preferred
