Responsibilities
Evaluate packaging feasibility within current production capabilities and define required line adjustments or upgrades
Lead and document packaging validation and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Coordinate packaging format changes for existing or new products at internal and 3rd party sites
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure packaging lines perform safely, efficiently, and consistently
Support Quality in verifying packaging compliance with product and customer requirements
Participate in CAPEX and line upgrade projects, defining packaging equipment needs and supporting installation, commissioning, and qualification
Drive continuous improvement in packaging line performance, efficiency, and reliability
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging issues and define corrective or preventive actions
(Optional/Plus) Support process-related projects, especially those impacting packaging line performance or scale-up feasibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years' experience in food & beverage manufacturing
Experience in process engineering is considered an advantage, particularly for projects related to line performance or scale-up
