Responsibilities
Process a variety of documents, including enrollment forms and correspondence
Perform general filing and maintain records efficiently
Prepare routine correspondence for provider enrollment and reenrollment
Compile and analyze enrollment data and statistics for reporting purposes. Verify documentation and data accuracy for provider enrollment
Execute other general clerical tasks as assigned
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Thrive in a production-focused environment with strict quality and productivity standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in operating office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and scanners
Ability to compile and organize enrollment data and statistics for reporting purposes
Capability to follow standard protocols and documentation to accurately complete assigned tasks
Strong computer skills, with excellent organizational abilities and effective oral and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
