Responsibilities
Under supervision, deliver psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans using DSM-5, ASAM PPC, LOCUS, and CUMHA criteria
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including doctors and case managers, to ensure quality patient care
Participate in group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and documentation within specified timelines
Maintain effective relationships, demonstrate strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
Qualification
Required
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (LMHC/I)
Deliver psychotherapy under supervision
Conduct assessments
Develop treatment plans using DSM-5, ASAM PPC, LOCUS, and CUMHA criteria
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including doctors and case managers
Participate in group and individual therapy
Crisis intervention
Documentation within specified timelines
Maintain effective relationships
Demonstrate strong communication skills

Demonstrate confidentiality skills
Must be at least 21
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
