Database Assistant (Brooklyn Older Adult Center)
The Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. (CPC) is the nation's largest Asian American social services agency, promoting social and economic empowerment for immigrant and low-income communities. The Database Assistant will provide data entry and database management support for the Brooklyn Older Adult Center, ensuring accurate participant information and administrative support for various services.

Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry to enter, update, and maintain accurate participant information in the VIVE system for all classes and activities
Assist with new member enrollment, including creating and updating client profiles in the database
Prepare, generate, and distribute database reports for Senior Services/OAC team
Support compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and reporting deadlines
Assist with digital literary classes for participants
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive participant information
Provide administrative support related to data tracking, documentation, and filing
Other duties as assigned by Director
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrates clear communication skills and effective teamwork skills
Preferred
Prior experience working with older adults and within immigrant communities in a non-profit setting
