Responsibilities

Provide effective support to the local team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Deliver ad-hoc analytical support as needed
Utilize reporting tools and technologies to provide intuitive, actionable analyses to the field
Develop new reporting tools and technology across all supported functions
Identify division-level opportunities by monitoring trends, performance metrics, and relevant external data
Produce customized business reviews that incorporate market conditions and regional challenges
Collaborate with the product owner team to develop and roll out new Salesforce functionality
Foster a diverse workplace that enables all individuals to contribute to their full potential
Apply project management skills to coordinate successful delivery of key outputs
Participate in strategic projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience with SQL programming, VBA programming, Python programming, or similar
Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting commercial operations or a related function
Expert-level experience with back-office applications, including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year's experience with Salesforce CRM
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage highly confidential work
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset
