Coordinate and track pilot builds for new product development projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and production environments to ensure smooth and timely execution of pilot builds
Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during pilot builds
Communicate progress and any challenges to project stakeholders
Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure all milestones are met
Monitor and manage resources (people, materials) for pilot builds
Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or roadblocks
Update and maintain project documentation and records
Train and guide team members on pilot build processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and likely projects, simultaneously
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive team success
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
