Sales Director (Ingredients - Beverage)
QLM Search is partnering with a specialist ingredients group to appoint a Sales Director. The role will be instrumental in delivering the company's 5-year commercial strategy within the Beverage Ingredients division, focusing on sales and profit growth through effective category management and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business
Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Food Ingredients (Flavor/Ingredients/Beverage)
Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage a large team (10+)
Strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients
Track record of driving growth through effective implementation
