Responsibilities
Tracks project progress against milestones and deadlines and regularly reports to senior management
Assists with selection, negotiation, and other related activities with respect to external vendors or consultants
Monitors the project life cycle from planning, scoping, design, execution, and closure
Reports quality metrics and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and policies
Maintains and distributes documentation and communicates with team members on tasks and timelines
Suggests process improvement strategies for better project execution
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
Develops a detailed project plan to track progress and escalates to management as needed
Executes and documents cost benefit analysis and justification findings
Tracks project progress against milestones and deadlines and regularly reports to senior management
Assists with selection, negotiation, and other related activities with respect to external vendors or consultants
Monitors the project life cycle from planning, scoping, design, execution, and closure
Reports quality metrics and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and policies
Maintains and distributes documentation and communicates with team members on tasks and timelines
