Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist

Epson America Inc. is a global technology leader recognized for innovation, reliability, and quality, and they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist focused on Professional Display Technology. This role emphasizes pre-sales technical support and solution design for Epson’s portfolio of professional display products across the U.S. and Canada, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Epson display solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sale technical support for Epson’s professional display products, including solution design, configuration, and system integration
Partner with Commercial Account Managers and Channel Partners to deliver engaging product demonstrations, trainings, and trade show presentations that highlight Epson’s technology advantages
Support consultant and design communities by providing technical specifications, CAD/Revit resources, and documentation on thermal, electrical, and mounting requirements
Develop and deliver technical presentations to educate customers, dealers, and integrators on installation, calibration, and service best practices
Assist customers with system design, signal distribution, and control integration across a variety of display applications
Collaborate with Product Management to provide field-based technical feedback that supports product enhancement and roadmap development
Maintain accurate activity and engagement records within Salesforce CRM
Contribute to the creation of technical training content, best practice guides, and enablement resources for both internal and external stakeholders
Leverage industry and competitive knowledge to articulate Epson’s value proposition in the professional display market
Represent Epson at industry events, open houses, and customer demonstrations as a technical subject matter expert

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in AV, display, or professional video systems (projection, large-format display, or similar)
Familiarity with signal distribution, mounting systems, and video processing equipment
Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with AV integrators, resellers, and consultants
Ability to travel up to 50% within North America
Comfortable lifting and transporting display components up to 50 lbs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
