Responsibilities
Train and guide team members to perform packaging tasks effectively
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with established processes and standards
Verify book/carton packing accuracy
Confirm data integrity on the Packaging System (book numbers match pack list)
Manage void station processes, including correct use of void codes and destroy functions
Inspect instant lottery tickets for quality
Separate lottery ticket books and organize for packing
Operate shrink wrap machine and other packaging equipment
Perform data entry for packing and voiding activities
Palletize completed cartons for shipment
Rotate through various line functions after training
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in production, industrial operations, or printing industry
1+ year of leadership experience
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Comfortable with bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting as needed
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Positive and collaborative attitude
Preferred
Knowledge of press or printing operations
Recent OSHA or safety training
