Responsibilities

Writing up quotes and sales orders
Converting online orders into sales orders
You can expect to interact with multiple people daily through phone, email, text, in person
Getting answers for customers by using parts manuals and drawings
Contacting the factory for pricing and availability, following up on open requests
Helping customers find the right parts for their ZF marine equipment

Qualification

Parts identificationQuote preparationCustomer communicationOrder processingOrganizational skills

Required

Experience reviewing drawings and identifying parts from exploded views
Using computer programs for making quotes and orders
Clear communication skills, verbal and written
Timely responses and follow ups with customers
Organization of files, customer docs, and other record keeping

Preferred

Degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive
