Assist customers in finding motorcycles that match their needs and preferences
Build relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Offer accurate product knowledge
Create an outstanding purchasing experience
Support sales goals by effectively communicating the features and benefits of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related services
Qualification
Required
Proven customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits effectively
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
5 day work week Tues-Sat. Hours are incredible for a dealership
Preferred
Sales experience and knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles
