Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize continuous manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
Identify and reduce defect rates through root cause analysis and process improvements
Monitor and control critical process variables to ensure consistent product performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support yield improvement initiatives
Utilize metrology systems to gather and interpret data related to product defects
Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as JMP and Minitab to identify trends and correlations
Develop and implement process control strategies to maintain high-quality standards
Support new product introductions and process validation activities
Document and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in process engineering within a continuous manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of product quality metrics and defect reduction methodologies
Hands-on experience with metrology systems and data interpretation
Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical analysis software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced materials industries
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
