TRIUMPH is seeking an Inventory/Material Control Clerk to maintain and issue material in the stockroom. The role involves conducting operating system transactions for material receipts and issues, pulling material for assembly jobs, and performing daily cycle counts.

Responsibilities

Conducts all operating system transactions for all material receipts and issues of material into and out of the Parts Integrity Area (PIA)
Receive material from incoming inspection or SIDA suppliers into the stockroom
Pull material for Assembly jobs, including stack-up, from PIA based on the pull list provided by Production Control
Fill backorders for material shortages to job pulls once material is available
Deliver material to appropriate area that was over issued or used for production returns
Issue material for engineering requests per Production Control
Performs daily cycle counts
Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements
Other duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met

Required

High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Read, write legibly, and understand English
Ability to perform simple math calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Perform basic computer skills, such as open and save files along with basic data entry
Understand basic terminology used in the job functional area
May require lifting, pulling and carrying up to forty (40) pounds
Frequent bending, climbing stairs, and reaching
Sitting for up to twelve (12) hours per day, standing up to twelve (12) hours per day, or a combination of sitting and standing
Near vision of 20/25 (Snellen) at 16 inches (42 cm) +/- 1 inch (2.54 cm) in at least one eye, natural or corrected and/or Jaeger No. 1 not less than 12 inches (30 cm) in at least one eye, natural or corrected
Must meet ITAR requirements
