Responsibilities

Deliver professional, prompt customer service and ensure accurate prescription dispensing

Promote patient communication and provide drug-related information as needed

Administer immunizations in compliance with state and federal regulations

Oversee pharmacy staff, including technicians and cashiers, and train on technology and equipment

Manage pharmacy operations: inventory, ordering, audits, paperwork, and budget objectives

Communicate department progress and issues to Pharmacy Specialist and Store Manager

Resolve customer complaints and perform additional duties as assigned

Perform other duties and assignments as directed
