Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. They are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, focusing on recruiting and training processes.

Responsibilities
Support the recruiting and training process
Handle inquiries from employees and candidates
Administrative tasks i.e. filing, maintaining bulletin boards
Prepare new hire files, nametags, etc
Help plan and execute various HR programs and initiatives
Maintain department and personnel files
Answers questions, provides forms or directions. Refers all complex situations (complaints of harassment, etc.) promptly to the Director of Human Resources
Qualification
Required
Must be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and teamwork
Knowledge of recruiting practices and job boards
Attention to details
Ability to adhere to confidentiality rules
Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
Must be able to multitask in a very busy environment
Bi-Lingual Spanish
Preferred
Knowledge of international visa workers programs, a plus!
