Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to Contract Holders, Sales Representatives, Agents, Dealers, and internal customers
Answer incoming calls efficiently and resolve contract-related questions (status, terms, coverage)
Provide underwriting guidance on vehicle eligibility
Process cancellations, quotes, and new business accurately
Handle check processing and assist with special projects
Offer backup coverage for the front desk
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
0–1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Dealership/automotive/accounting experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish): A plus!
