Required

Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred
9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years of experience
Extensive level of professional knowledge in field across multiple disciplines and broad business segment
Extensive knowledge of management practices
In depth Claims management experience with a proven progression in Sr Leadership and Executive level roles
In depth knowledge in customer relationship management, Insurance fraud management, legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborative and passionate about leading with a Strategic focus
In-depth industry knowledge with a keen interest in market and industry trends
