Aramark Destinations is a leading provider in food and facilities management, and they are seeking an IT Support Admin to manage IT operations at the University of Tennessee. The role involves maintaining relationships with kitchen staff, managing POS systems, and providing IT support for software and hardware implementation on campus.

Hospitality

Responsibilities

Manage new Cumberland Ghost Kitchen
Maintain on-going relationships with group leads
Be available on weekend and game daysManage credit card machines (POS terminals and portable machines)
Main point of contact between on-site staff, subcontractors, and Aramark IT for: CbordAramark, ITUniversity of Tennessee, Grubhub
Submit and track tickets for all systems. Manage this process from start to finish
Maintenance of PDM/POS menus and menu board
Help implementation of new software and hardware on campus
Training class for management team on specified IT software/hardware
Maintain inventory of IT equipment on campus
Manage the printer contract with specified vendor from start to finish
Troubleshoot all computer-related IT issues on campus
Complete special projects as needed
Complete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team

Maintain a professional image
Ability to remain stationary for a period of time
Repetitive motion is required; involving typing, filing and use of hands and wrists
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift >25lbs
Ability to manage a project from start to finish

Preferred

College Degree or equivalent training certificate
Microsoft proficiency
2-3 years work experience in food service
Ability to adapt and learn new software and systems
