Director, Marketing & Strategy - East, South & National Accounts

Responsibilities

Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Aramark’s objectives and client needs
Lead and develop a high performing team of Regional Marketing Managers and Field Customer Experience Specialists to drive retention and base business growth across the region
Oversees any strategic marketing needs for any National Accounts and key clients, enhancing visibility and engagement
Collaborate with WXG Marketing, Convenience Retail and OpX teams to launch new offerings or seasonal activations
Collaborate across the line of business to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across client locations
Supports collateral, presentations, and proposal templates that effectively communicate Aramark’s value proposition
Deploys consumer engagement tools and marketing programs at customer locations to enhance client satisfaction
Participates as a subject matter expert in key presentations and client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews
Travels across region as needed to ensure the implementation of standards and marketing strategies
Directs the development of annual strategic regional marketing plans and ensures adherence to marketing calendars and deliverables
Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of key marketing projects. Monitor tools such as Monday.com to maintain workflow efficiency

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management positions with demonstrated success, preferably in hospitality industry – specifically restaurant and/or food service industry
Experience hiring, managing and growing a team
Experience developing marketing strategies to improve retention and growth
Experience working on and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in product innovation, merchandising, and consumer engagement strategies
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Up to 60% travel may be expected for client and team interactions
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills, with proven program execution capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and influencing, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Creative and flexible in attitude and style, able to adapt to new situations in a dynamic environment
A self-starter who is confident, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Preferred

This role is remote, but prefer candidates be located near a major market center
New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore/Washington DC, Boston, Dallas
