Required

Doctor of Jurisprudence from an accredited law school

Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

Exercise exceptional legal reasoning, analysis, and drafting abilities

Possess strong negotiating skills and reasoned judgment

Must be adaptive and able to work productively both independently and as a member of a team

Must be able to communicate effectively with executive and associate level employees both orally and in writing

Must be coachable and willing to learn

Preferred

3+ years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a corporate setting, preferably with a focus in contract negotiation and drafting
