Responsibilities
Inspect electronic devices to determine if damage is accidental or due to malfunction
Troubleshoot and validate repair or replacement claims
Estimate repair costs and report findings
Perform quality checks and final tests after repairs
Follow triage procedures for all device models
Assist the Engineering Lead in auditing technician performance
Help train new technicians
Perform other tasks as needed
Keep the work area clean and organized
Maintain a positive and open communication culture in the warehouse
Promote a positive and supportive work environment
Encourage safety and well-being in the workplace
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluency in English
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good hand-eye coordination
Good typing and data entry skills
Proficient in using tools
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Team player who strives for results and continuous improvement
Must be comfortable working with tools and small electronic parts
Should have a basic understanding of how devices work and be good with hands-on tasks
Preferred
IT understanding preferred (certificate ideal)
Basic computer knowledge is needed
