Responsibilities

Must operate overhead crane
Executes change over and set up of the machine using overhead crane
Performs Hydrotesting and Drifting machine operation
Verifies coolant levels, test time, and pressure meets work order specifications
Performs LOTO, preventitive maintenance (PM Day), and does daily operative maintenance (coolant level, machine adjustments, seals, etc.)
Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results
Performs housekeeping of own workstation and Finishing line if needed
