Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in a Pilot Plant using mixers to conduct experiments, processing trials for new and existing Henkel Products
Work closely with Pilot Plant staff in coordinating with Product Development and Manufacturing sites in scaling new products
Conducting experiments, processing trials, and performing a variety of technical procedures in the development of new and existing products
Planning and executing tests of new formulations to ensure products can be manufactured at-scale
Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating ideas from manufacturing to improve or develop new functionality within materials management or production planning
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
First experience with chemical handling in a lab or industrial setting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data tracking, reporting, and presentation
