Always Best Care Senior Services is a provider of non-medical in-home care to seniors. They are seeking a Home Care Staffing Coordinator who will create client schedules, assign Care Team Members, and maintain communication regarding scheduling changes while ensuring smooth operations in the office.

Responsibilities

Creates client schedules

Assigns Care Team Members to schedules

Coordinates schedule changes due to employee time off requests and emergencies

Maintains communication regarding changes with Clients, Care Team Members, and Office Staff

Works together with other office functions to ensure all aspects of the business run smoothly

Cross trains and supports other office team members on a daily basis

On Call some weeknights and weekends on a rotating basis is required

Required

Be eligible to work in the US

Speak and write English fluently

Have an associates degree or higher in a health or health business related field

Have at least two excellent business references

Must have a working, reliable vehicle, current (full) driver's license, and car insurance

Preferred

Experience caring for seniors in some capacity is a plus
