Lead/StaffEDMA Entertainment is building ZULUVERSE, a next-generation on-chain creator society that merges real-world cultural experiences with Web3-native creator ownership. They are seeking a Lead Protocol Architect to design and lead the core on-chain architecture for creator identity, IP ownership, revenue distribution, and DAO governance.

Responsibilities
Design ZuluVerse’s core protocol stack (Creator Identity, IP Registry, Revenue & Royalty Logic, Governance)
Define how creators mint, own, license, remix, and monetize IP on-chain
Architect token utility flows ($ZULU) across creation, curation, governance, and IRL–on-chain bridges
Build creator reputation, contribution tracking, and incentive mechanisms
Design fair, transparent revenue-sharing and royalty distribution models
Enable multi-tier creator roles (core creators, contributors, curators, fans)
Evaluate and help implement Appchain or L1 frameworks
Optimize for low fees, high frequency creator interactions, and long-term scalability
Define modular, upgradeable protocol components
Design DAO governance structures aligned with creator participation (not plutocracy)
Implement voting, proposal, and treasury logic
Balance decentralization with operational efficiency in early stages
Establish protocol security standards and audit processes
Design tokenomics-aware mechanisms to avoid extraction, spam, or Sybil abuse
Think long-term: protocol longevity > short-term hype
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in Web3 protocol design, not just dApp frontends
Strong understanding of token economics & incentive design
Strong understanding of on-chain governance systems
Strong understanding of creator economy primitives (royalties, licensing, derivatives)
Proven ability to think in systems, not features
Experience shipping or contributing to production-grade protocols
Preferred
Experience with Appchains, L2s, or modular blockchain architectures
Familiarity with privacy, identity, or rights management primitives
Prior work on creator platforms, NFT protocols, or social protocols
Ability to translate abstract cultural or creative goals into protocol logic
