Qualification

Musculoskeletal allograft processingCertified Tissue Bank SpecialistSix Sigma Green BeltProcessing anatomy knowledgeCoaching skillsEye-hand coordinationProblem-solving skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience of musculoskeletal allograft processing, or a minimum of one-year prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding
Some areas of manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields
Requires good eye-hand coordination skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist - CTBS certification
Knowledge of processing anatomy, sterile techniques and medical terminology
Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control
Technical and professional expertise; solving problems analyzing issues and innovation
Developing and coaching skills to help others develop to their fullest potential
Six Sigma Green Belt certified
