Sourcing Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Partners, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and solution-orientation
Set sourcing strategies and priorities across multiple lines of business; balance current needs with proactive pipeline building
Build relationships with the business to identify success profiles, market insights, and sourcing channels
Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience
Translate data and market signals into clear, compelling stories that influence decisions and build trust
Promote inclusive sourcing practices and ensure consistent engagement standards
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and lead through change
Skilled at influencing without authority and building partnerships in a heavily matrixed organization
Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to turn insights into actionable recommendations
5–7+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting. Preferred 2+ years leading sourcers or managing sourcing programs
Experience guiding sourcing strategies across multiple business units; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing technologies
