Lead and mentor a specialized team focused on supporting critical infrastructure
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks in infrastructure management
Collaborate with engineers and software development teams to embed reliability by design
Oversee capacity planning and performance optimization for efficient system scaling
Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks through security readiness
Promote the adoption of modern cloud-native technologies and infrastructure as code
Advocate for continuous training and knowledge sharing focused on system reliability
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience managing site reliability engineering in critical infrastructure environments
Expertise in reliability engineering concepts, monitoring tools, and automation frameworks
Strong scripting and automation skills with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and security practices
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Ability to translate complex technical challenges into strategic initiatives
