Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware upgrades, network enhancements, and system migrations
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management
Coordinate with business users, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical deliverables
Track and report project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and management
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests through a structured process
Conduct post-project sustaining and lessons learned to improve processes
Being willing to travel for business, both domestically and internationally
Collaboration with the team in a different time zone
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT project management or related technical project roles
Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects
Preferred
Experience in SAP, ERP, MES, or enterprise application projects
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud migration initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with global or regional teams
