Responsibilities
Order appraisal reports, credit reports, and other required documentation to ensure compliance
Complete final evaluation and analysis of mortgage files for submission to the Mortgage Manager
Prepare accurate legal closing documents and forward them to the title company with funds for disbursement
Review loan commitments for outstanding conditions and clear them as necessary
Assist with collection of monthly payments and maintenance of escrow accounts
Prepare documentation for mortgage insurance as needed
Provide annual escrow account analysis and release funds upon loan payoff
Notify borrowers of ARM index, interest rate, and payment changes
Prepare required reports for management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Current NMLS license or registration required
Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
